1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the website.
2. About Global Objectives Transport
Global Objectives Transport provides medical courier, specialty pharmacy delivery, scheduled and contracted route services, ambulatory senior transportation, and related errand support in Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.
Service availability depends on location, scheduling, route requirements, vehicle capacity, the nature of the request, and other operational considerations.
3. Website Information
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and current, but services, availability, operating hours, coverage areas, and other information may change.
Nothing on this website constitutes medical, legal, insurance, or other professional advice.
4. Service Requests Are Not Confirmed Bookings
Submitting a website form, sending an email, leaving a message, or requesting a quote does not create a service contract or guarantee acceptance, scheduling, pricing, or availability.
A service is confirmed only after Global Objectives Transport has reviewed the request, accepted it, and communicated confirmation to the customer. Additional written terms may apply to contracted routes, recurring services, healthcare organizations, or specialized assignments.
Urgent, weekend, holiday, and after-hours requests are subject to availability. This website and its forms are not monitored continuously and must not be used for emergencies. Call 911 for an emergency.
5. Quotes, Rates, and Payment
Rates may vary based on mileage, time, service type, urgency, scheduling, wait time, route frequency, handling requirements, tolls, parking, holidays, after-hours service, and other circumstances relevant to the assignment.
Any applicable price, deposit, payment deadline, cancellation term, or additional charge will be communicated in a quote, confirmation, invoice, or separate service agreement. Website content does not constitute a binding price quotation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying agreed charges according to the applicable confirmation, invoice, or agreement.
6. Cancellations, Delays, and Changes
Cancellation, rescheduling, waiting-time, or failed-delivery charges may apply when disclosed in the applicable quote, confirmation, or service agreement.
Pickup and arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, facility delays, safety concerns, inaccurate information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays when practical.
We may decline, suspend, reschedule, or cancel a service when necessary for safety, legal compliance, capacity, weather, vehicle issues, incomplete information, nonpayment, prohibited items, or other reasonable operational concerns.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers and authorized representatives are responsible for:
- Providing complete and accurate contact, pickup, destination, timing, access, and service information
- Identifying relevant handling, facility, parking, delivery, signature, or access requirements before service
- Ensuring that requested transportation or deliveries are lawful and within our stated service capabilities
- Being ready at the agreed pickup time or ensuring that an authorized recipient is available
- Notifying us promptly of changes, cancellations, delays, or special circumstances
- Avoiding the submission of protected health information or other highly sensitive information through the website form
We may rely on the information supplied by the customer, facility, sender, recipient, or authorized representative.
8. Ambulatory Transportation and Senior Support Limitations
Our senior transportation service is for ambulatory passengers who can enter, exit, and ride in a standard passenger vehicle without hands-on lifting or medical assistance.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, we do not provide:
- Emergency medical transportation
- Ambulance services
- Wheelchair transportation
- Stretcher transportation
- Medical monitoring or medical treatment
- Nursing, home-health, or personal-care services
- Hands-on lifting, transferring, bathing, dressing, medication administration, or similar care
- Transportation for a passenger whose condition requires medical supervision
Customers must disclose relevant mobility or assistance needs before scheduling. If a passenger’s needs exceed our capabilities, we may decline or discontinue the service and recommend contacting an appropriate provider.
9. Courier and Delivery Services
Customers must provide accurate pickup, delivery, recipient, routing, timing, and handling instructions. Packages must be properly prepared, closed, labeled, and suitable for transportation unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Chain-of-custody, signatures, delivery confirmation, scheduled routes, facility procedures, or specialized handling requirements must be agreed upon before service when applicable.
Unless expressly accepted in a separate written agreement, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular delivery time, temperature-controlled transportation, or specialized handling beyond the confirmed scope of service.
10. Prohibited and Restricted Items
We may refuse any item that is unlawful, unsafe, improperly packaged, unidentified, leaking, damaged, beyond our accepted capabilities, or inconsistent with the confirmed service.
Customers must not tender illegal substances, firearms or ammunition, explosives, currency, negotiable instruments, live animals, human remains, radioactive materials, or any item whose possession or transportation is prohibited by law. Global Objectives Transport does not accept these items.
Pharmaceutical, biological, hazardous, regulated, or otherwise sensitive materials must be disclosed before scheduling. Such materials will be accepted only when the specific assignment has been approved by Global Objectives Transport and is within our training, equipment, insurance coverage, contractual authorization, and legal capabilities. Required packaging, labeling, documentation, and handling instructions must be provided before pickup.
11. Privacy and Health Information
Our website contact form is not intended for protected health information. Do not submit patient names, diagnoses, medication names, medical-record numbers, insurance information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive health information through the form.
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about website data collection and use. When additional information is necessary to coordinate an accepted service, we will determine an appropriate method for exchanging it.
12. Communications
By providing your telephone number or email address, you authorize us to contact you regarding your inquiry, requested service, scheduling, quotes, confirmations, and related operational matters.
We do not interpret a website inquiry as consent to unrelated promotional messages. You may ask us to stop nonessential follow-up communications at any time.
13. Acceptable Website Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or misleading requests
- Attempt to interfere with the website, forms, security controls, or rate limits

You may view and use the website for personal or legitimate business-inquiry purposes. No other reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is authorized without prior written permission.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may rely on or link to third-party providers for hosting, email, forms, maps, communications, or other functionality. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of independent third-party websites or services.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
Nothing in this section limits any warranty or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Global Objectives Transport will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from the use of, or inability to use, this website.
Liability relating to an accepted transportation, courier, or contracted service will be governed by the applicable confirmation, quote, service agreement, law, and insurance coverage.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be waived.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, fraudulent submission, violation of these Terms, or tender of prohibited items.
This provision does not require a customer to indemnify Global Objectives Transport for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any different dispute-resolution provision contained in a separately signed service agreement.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be reflected by revising the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised website terms.
